Jeff has spent over 28 years working with the owners of commercial and residential services companies. A leading advisor with a billion dollars in transactions under his belt, Jeff provides his expert guidance on growth and exit strategies via private equity, or strategic buyers. He works closely with owners and families on succession planning, business valuation, strategic growth, profit planning, and capital funding.
A nationally recognized industry speaker, Jeff possesses broad industry knowledge, extensive relationships, and keen business insight. Jeff is a big sports fan, loves to travel, golf, and enjoys spending time with his wife Tracy and sons Benton and Landon.

Bill brings over 30 years of financial and management experience assisting organizations with strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management. Bill served as Chief Financial Officer for 50 Floor, Inc. a nationally known carpet and flooring company with headquarters in Tucker, Georgia and spent 10 years as the Chief Financial Officer for HANS Performance Products. Bill started his career with a top 10 Atlanta CPA firm. Bill holds a BBA in Accounting from Oglethorpe University and has been nominated 4 times for the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Small Business CFO of the Year.
Bill is an active member of the Atlanta community, and he and his wife are serious Atlanta Braves fans.

Nick is an experienced M&A Advisor specializing in due diligence, tax and financial modeling, and deal structuring for private equity and corporate clients. Having represented both buyers and sellers, he has a track record of navigating over 100 transactions totaling more than $20 billion in purchase price. Nick has expertise across various industries, geographies, and clients. Prior to joining 3PG, Nick worked at EY in their Strategy and Transactions group and held various corporate strategy and finance roles at Shaw Industries, a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary.
Nick holds a BS in Finance from Auburn University and earned his Juris Doctor and International MBA from the University of South Carolina, where he served as the head of investments for the student-managed endowment fund. He is also a licensed attorney in the state of Georgia.
Nick lives in Roswell, GA, and likes to spend time with his wife, Rachel, and his Golden Retriever, Leo. He is a huge Atlanta Braves fan and enjoys cooking, smoking BBQ, lifting weights, traveling, and scuba diving.

Benton Harkness is a Business Development Associate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Finance. He has a strong foundation in financial services, having previously worked as a College Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, where he distinguished himself by being named one of the top interns in his class due to his exceptional sales performance.
Benton is skilled in Microsoft Excel and holds the title of Excel Expert. He was actively involved in the Auburn Finance Society, contributing to his continuous professional development and networking within the finance industry.
In addition, Benton has a passion for cooking, golf, and all types of sports, showcasing his well-rounded personality and diverse interests.

As an M&A Advisor with 3PG, Brandon brings with him years of public accounting experience. He previously worked in the Accounting Advisory Services Practice for Cherry Bekaert, primarily with middle market healthcare, life science, and technology companies. Brandon helped companies adopt accounting pronouncements, prepare for audits, and complete process improvement efforts.
Brandon is from Richmond, Virginia and attended the Virginia Military Institute for his undergraduate degree. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business with a concentration in Finance.
Brandon lives in Atlanta, Georgia and enjoys spending quality time with his wife Taylor and their dog Charlie.

Prior to joining 3PG as an M&A Advisor, Mitchell began his career with Ernst & Young in Nashville, Tennessee. While at EY, Mitchell worked on multiple audit engagements for clients in the healthcare, automotive, and manufacturing industries. Most recently, Mitchell was with a boutique healthcare strategy and transaction consulting firm where he worked with both buy-side and sell-side clients as he advised on over 30 transactions by providing financial due diligence services.
Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Mitchell holds both his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Accountancy from Auburn University and is a licensed CPA. Mitchell lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife, Savannah. He enjoys golfing, fishing, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on the Auburn Tigers.
