Jeff has spent over 28 years working with the owners of commercial and residential services companies. A leading advisor with a billion dollars in transactions under his belt, Jeff provides his expert guidance on growth and exit strategies via private equity, or strategic buyers. He works closely with owners and families on succession planning, business valuation, strategic growth, profit planning, and capital funding.

A nationally recognized industry speaker, Jeff possesses broad industry knowledge, extensive relationships, and keen business insight. Jeff is a big sports fan, loves to travel, golf, and enjoys spending time with his wife Tracy and sons Benton and Landon.

Her ability to navigate the complexities associated with strategic planning, business planning, and for upholding M&A values is only rivaled by her fierce commitment to protect a clients quality of earnings. 

A featured speaker for the Aspire software company, Gloria is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).  She is a food and wine enthusiast, trained in the martial arts, and loves to travel with her husband Nathan.

Bill brings over 30 years of financial and management experience assisting organizations with strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management. Bill served as Chief Financial Officer for 50 Floor, Inc. a nationally known carpet and flooring company with headquarters in Tucker, Georgia and spent 10 years as the Chief Financial Officer for HANS Performance Products. Bill started his career with a top 10 Atlanta CPA firm. Bill holds a BBA in Accounting from Oglethorpe University and has been nominated 4 times for the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Small Business CFO of the Year.

Bill is an active member of the Atlanta community, and he and his wife are serious Atlanta Braves fans.
